These terms cover use of silentsystemlabs.com and work you hire us to do. They are not a long enterprise contract. If something is unclear, email us.

The site
This website describes Silent System Labs and shows sample rebuilds (including fictional client sites). Samples are examples, not live client work unless we say otherwise. Do not copy them as if they were your brand.
Free audit
The free audit is a one-page look at your Google presence and site structure. It is not a guarantee of rankings, calls, or revenue. Submitting the form (via Web3Forms) is a request, not a paid engagement. We may decline work that is not a fit.
Paid work
Packages are month-to-month unless we agree something else in writing. Headline catalog prices are Local Visibility at $50 / £40 per month and Full Local Presence at $99 / £79 per month. You own your website, logins, and Google Business Profile. Cancel anytime; we stop new work at the end of the paid period.
What we need from you
Access, approvals, and honest business facts. We cannot fix a Profile we cannot log into. You remain responsible for the services you actually deliver to your customers.
Leads and data
We do not sell your leads or your contact details. See our privacy page.
Limitation
Local search and AI search change. We work to improve visibility; we do not promise a specific rank or a specific number of jobs. To the extent the law allows, our liability for paid work is limited to fees you paid us in the previous three months.
Governing law
If you are in the UK, English law and the courts of England and Wales. If you are in the US, the laws of the state where we principally operate the business, without a fight over venue. We would rather fix a problem by email first.
